Founded in 1990 as Innovative Printing Systems, IPS inc. has a rich history of innovation
and growth making us a recognized leader in the community for providing quality,
cost effective office products and solutions for all types of businesses and industries.
Our company, which started as a small toner cartridge recycling business has grown
to represent more than a dozen manufacturers of office equipment and other name
brand products in the laser printer, digital copier and fax industry.
In 2004 IPS inc. acquired Laser Express – 811 Union Blvd, in Allentown, Pennsylvania
which was established in 1988 as an HP Authorized reseller and service center to
serve the entire Lehigh Valley. Our Allentown facility offers more than 4,000 square
feet office space, warehouse and showroom to serve our customers in the Valley.
In addition to our facility we also have one of the most experienced service teams
in the Valley, offering more than 30 years of experience in the office equipment
industry. The acquisition has made both locations more versatile and efficient.
It has also allowed us to offer a more robust product line and more aggressive pricing
to our customers.
Now headquartered in Sanatoga, Pennsylvania, IPS Laser Express has more than 10,000
square feet of office space, service area and warehouse. IPS Laser Express employs
15 full time people that serve more than 3,000 customers in the tri-state area.
Our company also provides products and support to a growing number of our clients
with multiple locations locally as well as nationally.
Our web site offers clients a simple yet efficient way to manage their office equipment
supply and service costs. It also allows clients to place service requests, order
supplies and manage other aspects of their account. All requests come directly into
our dispatch system making it one of the most efficient systems in the industry.
