You’ve paid too much for your projectors to let broken ones sit in a closet. That’s why IPS Laser Express is introducing the P+ Program. When you purchase your bulbs from us, you’ll get your service – FREE.*
The program is easy: just buy your bulbs from us. Then, when you need a repair, give us a call and we'll send you a quick and easy form to fill out and ship with the projector(s). Send your projector(s) to us and we'll service the equipment at our facility.
You’ll have your working device back within 7 – 10 business days, and we’ll even give you a loaner projector if you need one. And just like our printer/toner program, if we can’t fix your projector or the cost of repair exceeds the projector’s value, we’ll replace it – FREE.* We even offer a FREE recycling program. We’ll send you a recycling box and a UPS label, and when it’s full, ship the box back to us - it’s that simple!

*Certain restrictions apply. IPS will not repair or replace projectors with failures associated with DLP DMD chip and related sub assemblies. IPS will not repair or replace projectors with failures associated with LCD chips or LCD polarizing films and related sub assemblies. These issue are usually caused by the power supply or cooling fans, and IPS (and other vendors) cannot repair these devices because those components are not available from the manufacturer. **To qualify for free service, projectors must be five years old or newer and fall within certain model categories. Contact an IPS Laser Express representative
