While most companies are focused on sales of their products without the proper level of support, IPS Laser Express is focused on providing its clients with the highest level of professional service in the industry. There is no substitute for experience when it comes to providing great service and both our facilities have certified equipment technicians that have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Service is our number one priority!

Service Rates

Travel/Mileage
We do not charge for travel time or mileage.

Service Contracts
We offer five contract options

MAINTENANCE PLUS+ (M+)

• all labor included (parts are billed as needed)
• one preventative maintenance / cleaning call per year included
• web site access to online service and supplies ordering and tracking included
• loaner equipment is included

FULL COVERAGE (FC)

• all labor included (parts are billed as needed)
• one preventative maintenance / cleaning call per year included
• web site access to online service and supplies ordering and tracking included
• loaner equipment is included
• equipment is covered to the point of replacement

FULL COVERAGE PLUS SUPPLIES (FC+S)

• no additional invoicing (all parts, labor, and consumables are included)
• one preventative maintenance / cleaning call per year included
• web site access to online service and supplies ordering and tracking included
• loaner equipment is included
• equipment is covered to the point of replacement

SUPPLIES PLUS+ (S+)

One of our most popular new options that companies and organizations are enjoying is our Supplies Plus+ contract. This contract is grouped with supply orders and if you qualify based on your supply volume you may not have to pay another service charge again. Please call us and ask for details.

COST PER COPY (CPC)

This Contract is primarily selected by companies who purchase or lease digital equipment from us as well as customers who would like us to service their existing digital equipment. Unlike many companies in the office equipment industry IPS Laser Express does not charge minimums or overages on their cost per copy contracts. This contract includes all parts, labor and consumables. Our cost per copy rates start as low as .0049. Please call us today for more details.

Service Response Time
All of our service calls are a priority and we understand our customers needs to have their equipment up and running. Our normal response time is same day service on calls received by 12:00pm. 4 hour response time is an option available with full coverage and cost per page contracts.

Printer ID Tracking/History
We track all of our customer's equipment by serial number and IPS Laser Express ID#. This allows us to provide a detailed history to our customers of the parts replaced, response time, technician, end user who placed the call, cost to repair and many other aspects of the equipment. This information is made available to our customers via our website and is easily exported to excel from the site. Tracking the equipment allows clients to budget their expenses as well as analyze older equipment for the purpose of upgrading.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is included with our service contracts. Preventative Maintenance is also available on non-contracted equipment for a flat fee based on the make and model.

Loaner Equipment
We do not charge any of our contracted customers for the use of loaner equipment. If for some reason we need to remove your machine because the repair is extensive, we will provide you with an equal or newer machine to use at no charge until your machine is repaired.

National Service Program/Multiple locations
Because of our extensive service area we can provide service to all your companies’ locations and branches. We can also provide service nationally to businesses with multiple locations around the country. Please ask one of our sales associates for more details on our multiple site service programs.
