Our Headquarters
Located at 3363 West Ridge Pike in Pottstown, Pennsylvania is the IPS global headquarters. We have a 20,000 square foot facility situated on 9 and 1/2 acres of land, which provides us with the opportunity to continue growing and expanding our business to serve our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Administration Area
Our administration area is home to 10 cubicles and a meeting area where our support staff works to keep our customers happy. This is where we answer all of our incoming calls and emails, in addition to greeting any visitors that come into the lobby. We made our admin area colorful and bright to keep our workers positive and motivated while they work!
Service Department/Warehouse
Our main warehouse is where our service technicians work to repair and refurbish all the incoming damaged printers. We recently increased our storage space which allows us to keep a huge stock of supplies and equipment in house, improving repair time and getting our customers' equipment back to work faster. Along with our main warehouse we also have two additional stock rooms for parts and extra storage for our toner supplies.
Projector Repair/IT
Moving up to the second floor of our facility, we have our projector repair workshop and our IT department. Much like our service department area, this is where our technicians diagnose and repair incoming damaged projectors. The IT department is responsible for monitoring all employee computers and the IPS network, as well as upgrading and maintaining our website.
Marketing/Video Production
Also on our second floor we have our marketing and video production staff. The marketing personnel help to upgrade the web content, build and distribute email marketing campaigns and company advertisements, shoot and edit IPS video series, and maintain all of our social media accounts.
Recreation Area
Our staff has access to a full recreation area which includes a full kitchen and dining area, complete with a large flat screen TV. We also have a sitting area with a couch, chairs and a 2nd flat screen TV, as well as a gaming area containing a treadmill, a ping pong table, and a dart board. After a long day at work it can be a relief to relax with your coworkers before the ride home.
Garden
Lastly we have our company backed, employee garden! Each spring we gather together as a company and plant a new crop of fruits and vegetables. The crop is harvested as it grows and all the vegetables are brought home by the employees to enjoy with their families. Beyond our garden the property keeps going, and gives us plenty of room to keep growing!
