  • PrintFleet connects to your network, captures initial printer information, and creates an inventory list, including USB connected printers. This is a HUGE value add for any IT employee who does not have a comprehensive list of inventory.

These categories help users and IT personnel to quickly diagnose a problem within a machine before calling a service technician to come on-site. This also helps technicians to be prepared with parts to save themselves multiple service trips.

      • The printer data collection agent is installed onto Windows servers and will work with manufacturers and models of all printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
