Printer ID Tracking / History
We track all of our customer's equipment by serial number and IPS Laser Express ID#. This allows us to provide a detailed history to our customers of the parts replaced, response time, technician, end user who placed the call, cost to repair and many other aspects of the equipment. This information is made available to our customers via our website and is easily exported to excel from the site. Tracking the equipment allows clients to budget their expenses as well as analyze older equipment for the purpose of upgrading. |
